2014 Rhode Island Law Day Essay Contest Offering $1000 Award

The Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Judiciary are sponsoring the 2014 Annual  Hon. Francis J. Darigan Jr. Rhode Island Law Day Essay Contest. The contest is open to all Rhode Island students enrolled in the 10th and 11th grade.

The Rhode Island Police Chief's Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association have made it possible to award the winning author with a $1,000 Scholastic Award and an engraved trophy. The winner’s school also receives a permanent plaque.

Entry forms, guidelines and information are available on the Bar's website at www.ribar.com.

Entry deadline is May 15th, 2014.
